Recruited into the leadership team to turn around Product and Product Marketing and set the company up for acquisition. Avanti (then $500M) is the leader in unattended Retail. Transformed the company into a quality-driven Independent Software Vendor through the process and service-oriented strategies. Aligned leadership into a consultative mindset with customers.


  • Turned around Avanti teams to deliver 2019 and 2020 business roadmap goals in under one year. Enabled 20% revenue growth.
  • “SimpliGet” - Conceived, designed, and delivered an end-to-end ordering and food delivery and lockers platform. Won Avanti’s first industry award “People’s Choice 2021- NAMA.”
  • Developed and delivered Product Roadmap adding 30 major new features, payment options, and hardware devices.

Recruited by the CEO and told, “Write your job description.” Helped grow business from $375 to $600M in revenue while adding 30 new customers. Opened the European market and added five new countries.


Conceived and ran four service lines (Management Consulting, Big Data, Quality Assurance & Testing, Creative Services). Recruited talent across three continents and grew the practice to $100M and 2100 FTE. Ran Go-To-Market and Product Marketing while building relationships with influencers (Gartner, Forrester). Earned seven “best in class” awards by analyst and influencer firms.


  • Selected as a sole delivery partner to build Safeway Stores’ award-winning ‘Just for U’ loyalty program, resulting in 20% internal savings and increased customer retention.
  • Developed recognized (Gartner 2009) platform for Catalina Marketing growing their presence for in-store coupons to over 31,000 merchants worldwide.

  • Conducted organizational redesign of Kimberly-Clark’s $900M IT division reducing costs by more than 20%.

  • Executive Vice President for FrontFundr, Canada’s first equity funding platform. Set product direction and product marketing defining Canada’s entry into online fundraising. Raised $6M for portfolio companies.

  • Developed Motorola’s smartphone strategy with the first generation of cryptocurrency in 1997.
  • Grew Middle Market consulting practice by 1,000%. Provided business strategy and direction to executives with an emphasis on IT transformation.
  • Developed and launched the first connected Asthma/COPD device for a German pharmaceuticals company.
